What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number. When you book a call, Calendly collects what you enter there, which can include your business name, your website and anything you tell us to help prepare. Our site also records basic technical data such as your browser and pages visited. If you check the optional text box, we also save the date and time, your IP address and your browser details as a record of your consent.
Why we ask for your phone number
We use it to call you at your booked time and to reach you about your project.
Text messages
Calendly can text you reminders about your call if you enter a number in its text reminder field. Calendly uses that number only for call reminders. Separately, if you check the optional box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive texts from Love My Venture about your call and our offers. These texts may be sent with automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything or booking a call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and hold your call, send the emails you signed up for, and run and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles it for us
Lovable Cloud hosts our site and database. Resend sends our emails. Calendly handles booking, may set cookies on the page where it is embedded, and uses your information as described in its own privacy notice. These providers process data for us under their own terms and privacy policies.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. We built our emails with CAN-SPAM requirements in mind.
Cookies
Our site uses only the cookies it needs to work. Calendly shows its own cookie notice on the booking calendar, and you can decline optional cookies there.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up details for three years or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP to texts, or email info@lovemyventure.com to ask to see, correct or delete your information.
Children
Our website and services are intended for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has given us their information, contact us at info@lovemyventure.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
