refund policy

Love My Venture™ Refund Policy

This policy covers our done-for-you business starter kit and related services. If you sign a written agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from this page.

Before work starts. If you cancel in writing before we begin your project, we will refund what you paid in full. Work begins when we start building your project, and we will tell you in writing when that happens.

After work starts. Once work begins, we do not offer refunds on completed work. Instead, your project includes two rounds of revisions so the finished pages feel right to you.

If we cannot finish. If we are unable to deliver the work we agreed to, we will refund the portion for work not completed.

Payment plans. If you chose monthly payments, the payment schedule in your written agreement applies.

Add-ons. Add-on services, such as project handover, are not refundable once we begin them.

How to ask. Email info@lovemyventure.com. We will reply within 3 business days and send approved refunds to your original payment method.
